Of the mutants plated last week, B1, B2, B3, C1, C2, C3, C4, D1, D4, E1, E2, E3, F1, G3, H1, and H2 were determined to be IMO and thus now are going to be screened and characterized. The screening will begin as follows:

Plate 1: C1 - 7, 9, 11, 12 / C2 - 13, 15, 17, 19 / C3 - 29, 31, 33, 35 / C4 37, 39, 41, 43
Plate 2: B1 - 13, 15, 17, 19 / B2 - 29, 31, 33, 35 / B3 - 37, 39, 41, 43
Plate 3: D1 - 13, 15, 17, 19 / D4 - 29, 31, 33, 35 / F1 - 37, 39, 41, 43
Plate 4: E1 - 13, 15, 16, 19 / E2 - 29, 31, 33, 35 / E3 - 37, 39, 41, 43
Plate 5: H1 - 13, 15, 17, 19 / H2 - 29, 31, 33, 35 / G3 - 37, 39, 41, 43
